Shipping Policy
At Your Building Supplies, we ship building materials directly to contractors and homeowners across Ontario. This page explains how our shipping works, what to expect after you order, and how we handle large or heavy items.​
We currently ship to addresses within Ontario, Canada only.
We do not ship to other provinces at this time. If you are outside Ontario, please contact us to discuss your options.
$275 boom truck
$160 for 4 hours labour
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or Ontario public holidays are processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing — do not refuse the delivery
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@yourbuildingsupplies.com or through our contact page
We will arrange a replacement or refund for damaged or missing items. Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery may not be accepted.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier delays or service disruptions
- Severe weather conditions
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
- Customs or regulatory holds (not applicable for Ontario orders)
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
